Every Tuesday and Thursday mornings you can choose to use the Fitness Studio or take part in a specific 50+ activities.
Maybe you could meet some friends and play Badminton or Bowls in the Sports Hall or why not take time to relax in the Health Suite or Swim in the special 50+ sessions, all at one cost .
Our friendly Fitness Instructors can start you off in the gym by giving you an induction so that you can do as much or as little as you want.
All you will need to do is book an appointment within the designated time slots of the sessions.
These sessions are a great way of keeping active as well as meeting some new and old friends.
