Spin is coming to the Sovereign Centre! A new group timetable will be available from the 7th June which includes Spin! The timetable is available to download by clicking the link to the right.
Spinning
is coming to the Sovereign Centre!
Our qualified instructor will lead you over the hills and down the valleys in this 45 minute indoor cycling class. This non-impact class is highly motivating with pumping music and will help burn fat, improve stamina and tone up the lower body. This class is a fantastic calorie burner and really hits those problem areas!
Classes will be available from the week beginning the 7th June 2010 at the following times:

Introduction of Car Parking Charges
From January 1st 2010, we will be re-introducing car parking charges to the leisure centre car park. The following charges will apply:
- Isospa/H20 Members – Free
- Centre Users – 50p all day
- Non Users of the Leisure Centre - £2 all day
Car parking payments are to be made at reception where an exit token will be given.
